主要乃在探討水的發生、循環、分佈等特性。 本課程之目的為經由各種假設及分析以了解各種水文現象,並進而能進行水文模擬及預測,以作為水資源工程設計之參考,並進一步瞭解工程設施所面臨的風險,以期能正確推估某一地區之水資源、適當的水土開發與利用及災害防治等。
