The goal of this course aims to learn IC design techniques in nano-scaled CMOS technology. This course is to provide a fundamental understanding of IC design, including analog/digital circuits, VLSI circuits and SoC design methodology. Students would also learn how to design and implement integrated circuits and systems in nano-scale CMOS technology.
