The course aims to help you develop advanced writing skills for different purposes and contexts. In this course, you are going to explore different types of writing topics and rhetorical modes. It is expected that by the end of the course, you will be able to 1. be familiar with English writing, 2. be aware of writing for different purposes. 3. use appropriate genres to fit into different rhetorical modes 4. offer critical comments on self- and peer writing work, and 5. present critical thinking in individual and group writing work.
Basic reading and writing (Honor English Program) or other English writing course You need to have to the knowledge about basic English sentence structures and know how to write paragraphs.
