本課程深度研討對近期金融科技對金融市場和金融機構的衝擊,依科技對金融產業的影響分為數個子題來討論,包括貸款、資本籌資、保險、支付、財富管理、以及交易。在每個金融科技領域,本課程將介紹傳統的金融營運模式、來自新科技的衝擊、新種營運模式、對市場的影響、和金融機構的反應。本課程適合具備金融市場基礎知識的大三、四商管領域同學,以及欲了解資訊科技在金融應用方向的資工資管領域同學。課程內容主要聚焦於金融產業的領域知識及其數位化轉型,但並不包括對於各類科技內涵(如大數據、區塊鍊、NFC等)的詳細教學,對上揭科技本身有興趣的同學應到資工或資管科系修習系列課程。
