To impart the knowledge and understanding of time-varying electromagnetic fields, propagating waves, and transmission line theory, all built upon the bedrock of Maxwell's equations

Lectures in classroom, class notes presented as Powerpoint slides using projector. Teaching assistants assist with further explaining or strengthening the understanding of course materials taught during lectures.
Two to three homework assignments (15%) One mid-term exam (25%), one mid-term quiz (15%), one final exam (45%).
