從光電半導體的基本理論出發,了解半導體光電元件與雷射的基本原理、操作特性與實務應用

作業交期為assign兩個星期後的課堂上繳交,該堂課完後才交者,開始視為遲交一天,遲交一天扣該次作業成績10分,遲至第五天後即不再接受作業繳交,而該次作業為零分。 作業會公佈在交大線上學習網頁e-Campus3.0上。
