This class focuses on mechanisms of energy transport of micro/nano scale systems, particularly thermal energy transport. The concepts of statistical physics, quantum mechanics, kinetic theory and Boltzmann transport equation used to analyze energy transport of micro/nano scale systems will be introduced.
