To understand the basic operation and properties of the most important semiconductor devices (Diode, BJT, MOSFET, JFETs, etc.) used in electronic applications as well as the challenges in VLSI devices.
Graduate students who have knowledge in basic physics and microelectronics and senior undergraduate students are welcome.
