利用過渡金屬進行催化反應,生成新的碳碳鍵,是近年來最為強大的合成方法,在有機合成中已佔有舉足輕重的角色,本課程將會探討基本金屬的鍵結與配位性質,催化過程的反應機構,以及各種不同金屬的催化反應應用於各式有機合成之官能基的轉換以及高分子之合成。 Using transition-metal catalyzed reactions to proceed carbon-carbon formation is the most powerful tool and plays an important role in modern organic synthesis. This course will discuss the fundamentals of bonding and coordination properties, cataylic mechanisms, and a variety of transition metals applied in useful functional group transformations. Organometallics towards polymer synthesis will be also discussed.
大二有機化學 Before you take this course, please make sure you have passed sophomore organic chemistry.
