The course introduces nanotechnology in electronic components and gives an overview of nanoelectronics which must be that the silicon transistor through CMOS is the dominant technology and will remain so for the foreseeable future. 5G/6G wireless global communication technology will also be discussed. The course will be lectured in a way similar to seminar covering a wide spectrum of research topics related to nanoelectronics.
