本課程將從基礎元件物理出發,介紹單光子偵測器的運作原理,其元件製作與量測技術,並深入探討其相關物理;接著進入Geiger-mode的電路設計與分析,並與相關應用作介紹與連結,討論系統應用時元件與電路的考量重點與分析方式;最後,以LiDAR技術的演進、分析、討論與實作為重點。希望透過此課程,讓同學習得單光子元件與系統整合的相關概念,並強化跨領域整合以及實作的能力。
