概述

Electro-Optics (EO) is an introductory, required course in College of Photonics. Based on the electromagnetic theory, students can learn the variety of basic principles of Electro-Optics engineering, which include “geometric optics” (image formation, optical instruments, ray tracing, matrix methods, aberrations, optical design, etc.) and “wave optics” (wave equations, superposition, interference, and coherence, diffraction, polarization, etc.).

Calculus; Engineering Mathematics. Lectures will be taught in English.
