Semiconductor: 1. Main focus: Below N16 FEOL, MEOL and BEOL (including Packaging). 2. Process and hardware of Product: FEP, Implant, Etch, MDP (PVD), DDP (CVD), PDC, Packaging and Lithography product. 3. Integration Scheme: Process flow of Foundry and DRAM. Display: 1. What is TFT LCD, Advanced OLED, Micro-LED and Quantum Dot (QD)? 2. CVD and PVD of TFT LCD

1. Display CVD and PVD Process are introduced. 2. Knowing what is TFT LCD, Advanced OLED, Micro LED and Quantum Dots. 3. AMT VP Yi-Tze Kuo will give a talk – Marketing Overview of Display Industry.
Lab Touring
AMAT GTLC (Global Technology Learning Center) will be opened for NYCU Students’ Visit. There will be 300 mm Semiconductor Equipment (13 Tools,
Poster Exhibition
Students will conduct the Poster Exhibition as final exam. Invited instructors from AMT, invited professors from NYCU and experts will form a committee, survey the posters and give the score.
