This course provide the students the framework to explore possible service and design problems between peoples and digital technologies. It will give students insight and experience in key issues of User Experience research methods and co-design approaches. In class and practice sections, students will be required to tackle selected design problems by using different methods, and invent solutions to capture insides and provide suggestions for design solution. There are no formal prerequisites for the course, but students are supposed to have basic HCI course or related knowledge.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to: Acquire a concept of systems analysis and conceptual design and its meaning in practice; Use a variety of information systems analysis and problem-solving tools and approaches Become familiar with User Experience research methodology and tools; Develop practical skills in analysis design problems and provide solution plans.
