本課程介紹財金與資訊科技整合的知識領域,呼應近期金融科技(financial technology, FinTech)在金融市場和金融機構的興起。此課程依科技對金融產業的影響分為數個子題來討論,包括網貸、眾籌募資、機器人理財、區塊鍊應用、數位化支付系統、保險科技、大數據處理過程等。在每個金融科技領域,本課程將介紹傳統的金融營運模式、科技的內容、來自新科技的衝擊、新種營運模式、對市場的影響、和金融機構的反應。課程內容涵蓋金融產業的領域知識及其數位化轉型方式及內涵。修課學生可以了解金融科技在金融領域的實質範疇和功能角色,以及實際運作方式和未來發展潛力。
