介紹問卷調查研究設計、和執行此類研究的方法, 包括講授各類研究種類、各種工具、研究問題設計、落實及量化理論假說與研究目標、選樣、信效度評估、變數設定、統計及分析方法、推論。 並介紹心理認知方法以偵測敏感或隱瞞的真實答案,及如何撰寫研究報告。This course introduces students to a systematic design process for creating highquality questionnaires fit for program evaluation and research purposes. The course consolidates and organizes the abundance of survey design literature that exists in the social sciences and guides the novice questionnaire developer through the survey design process. This design process is different from previously described processes in that it is inherently collaborative and relies on other experts in the field as well as potential participants. In addition, the process front loads the task of establishing validity by focusing heavily on item development

這是一堂為提昇整體治療醫學品質、精進醫學學術研究水準所開的課程。 授課目的在介紹問卷調查研究設計和分析、和執行此類研究的方法、包括講授各類研究設計、各種工具、分析方法、及推論。此類研究實際調查的資料,將有助於提供未來治療病患多方位的醫療所需指標, 或協助制定與修正健保醫療政策。因此、實有必要開設專門課程、以培養學生思考和評估問題、設計和執行此類研究的能力。Health surveys have been and will continue to be important sources of information for health care policy makers, private providers, insurers, and health care consumers concerned with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health-related programs and policies. The design and conduct of health surveys are shaped by changes in the diversity, complexity, and sensitivity of the emerging research topics, the innovative techniques and technologies that are being developed for carrying them out, and the new or intensified ethical dilemma that are a result of these changes.
同學可以自帶個人的project ,或在課堂內設計計畫,期中與期末報告計畫進度。Students can bring their own projects questionnaires, or they can start the design in class. Students will report their mid-term and final progress.
