This is a 3-credit course. This course is conducted mainly with both lectures and class discussion. Students are required to make presentations and submit a research proposal/manuscript. By the end of the course, each student should have done the following tasks: 1.To understand basic knowledge in Health Services Research 2.To perform the essential elements of proposal/manuscript development 3.To constructively critique dissertation proposals and academic articles of others.
