This course introduces the key issues in health economics. At the end of this course, you will be able understand and analyze some of the important debates in the healthcare sector using economic theories. The primary objectives of this course are: (1) To introduce basic microeconomic concepts and tools used for resource allocation and policy problems (2) To apply economic concepts to both the demand and supply sides of the healthcare sector.
