本課程將討論產業組織面對快速與劇烈之內外在環境變化時應有的策略性變革思維與作法。透過本課程,學習者將能學習到策略性變革之基本觀念、型態,以及面對變革時應採取的預應及回應思維,以協助產業組織得到良好的長期經營績效。
