This course aims to provide students with an overview of theoretical and pedagogical foundations of Content and Language Integrated Learning. In addition, hands-on projects in this course will help students put theoretical concepts into practice. Through presentations, online and face-to-face discussions, collaboration on projects, journal article reading, and critic paper writing, students will develop confidence in developing their own CLIL lessons and become a pioneer teacher in the educational settings in the future.

1. Attendance: 10% 2. In-class participation and presentations 15% 3. Critic paper writing and presentation 15% 4. Microteaching 15% 5. CLIL Final project 45% (1) PLAN: Develop a 16-week CLIL lessons (2) DO: Implement at least one of the lesson to your target students (3) CHECK: Evaluate and modify your lesson plans based on the implementation feedback and experiences. (4) ACT: Share your lessons with wider audiences (e.g., YouTube video, blogs, Facebook, brochure, etc.).
