生物體內毒性物質或其代謝產物量隨時間變化的動態過程,著重研究它們在體內的吸收、分佈、代謝及排泄過程的定量及規律。主要目標為利用數據對毒物進行毒理學安全性評估,或對中毒的過程及毒性作用機轉進行研究及討論。The dynamic process of changes in the amount of toxic substances or their metabolites in the body over time, focuses on the quantitative and regular processes of their absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion in the body.The main goal is to use the data to evaluate the toxicological safety of the toxicant, or to study and discuss the process of poisoning and the mechanism of toxic effects.
