課程概述與目標: 本課程在介紹基礎的管理概念與理論,包括規畫、組織、領導、控制等管理功能,以及整合性的管理議題,如組織文化與環境、全球環境、創新與變革等等,使學習者瞭解當代企業經營管理的本質與整體的概念。 This class provides the fundamental management knowledge from planning, organization, leading to controlling. 課程目標: (1) 有系統地瞭解規劃、組織、領導、控制的管理程序。 (2) 應用:藉助個案研討、實做調查、閱讀與寫作,讓同學學習對於特定狀況的分析能力。 In this course, we will investigate basic management topics from planning, organization, leading to controlling. At the end of the semester, the student will be able to describe: * the fundamental aspects of business enterprise * the main theories in business management * the elements of business activities * the major issues in this field

2.教學方法及教學相關配合事項(如助教、網站或圖書及資料庫等) (1) 學期考試- 由授課老師共同出題,以選擇、是非、填充為主。 (2) 三班同時段考試,但分成三個地點考試(原上課教室)。 (3) 助教時間:同學可在助教時間,向值班助教請教個案、課文、講義、ppt、作業等問題,或是利用 e-campus網路教學平台問問題 (https://e3.nycu.edu.tw)。 (1) Exam questions include True & False, multiple choices and fill in the blanks (2) Exams will take place in classroom.
