概述

The goal of this course is to enhance students' understanding on the theoretical frameworks underlying digital business and cover the business models and history of big US tech companies (Facebook/Google/Apple/Amazon/Tiktok/Youtube/Netflix) and internet giants in China/APAC/SEA (Alibaba, Gojek, ) . Those companies operate in e-commerce, digital marketing, cloud/SaaS, creator economy, even medical and transportation sectors, powered by AI. We'd also cover the unstoppable crypto economies through studying companies such as Coinbase/crypto.com, Binance, OpenSea, GameFi and metaverse companies, and the how conventional companies embracing the crypto trend ( VISA, Tesla)

None. Basic understanding or of business model, company finance and valuation for software companieswill be a plus
