Experienced project managers agree that the procedures used for project management vary from company to company and even among individuals within a company. Although each manager has his / her own style of management, there are basic principles that apply to all project managers and projects. This course is to provide the principles and techniques of project management beginning in the conceptual phase by the owner, through coordination of design and construction, to project completion.
