Course Objectives (1) Introduce students to the main features of SAS programming (2) Learn to use SAS on the Personal Computer (3) Use the various SAS windows and commands more effectively (4) To introduce the SAS MACRO language and recognize its utility in producing more efficient programs. (5) To achieve adequate preparation for programming in future Epidemiology methods courses. The work consists of: (1) homework; (2) student participation; and (3) final project.
