護理人員有權利與責任影響健康照護政策的形成。本課程提供學生方法與方向去瞭解政策形成的 過程、認識與重要健康議題相關的衛生政策內涵;並期望學生能應用理論與概念分析健康政策的 內涵,以及確認其與護理的關係。此外,本課程強調應用以實證為基礎的方法於健康照護策略的 發展及健康照護政策與策略的效果評值,以達增進健康水準的目的。 Nurses have the right, and the responsibility, to influence the development of strategy and health care policies. This course provides methods and directions to students to know the strategy, policy-making process and the context of health policy relating important health issues. Then students could apply the theory and concept to analyze health policy and clarify its relationship with nursing. This course also emphasizes evidence-based approach used in designing health care strategies and in evaluating the effectiveness of health policies and strategies to enhance health outcomes. 教學目標 (Course Objectives): 1. To understand the health care delivery system, health policies, strategies and services. 2. To understand and analyze the current health policies and forming processes. 3. To evaluate approaches to the policy process in solving health problems. 4. To analyze the policy-making process, including how a program becomes a policy and regulation process. 5. To analyze current issues in the health-related field that have an impact on public health 6. To evaluate various policy analysis techniques and select appropriate techniques for different policies. 7. To conduct policy analysis research which will contribute to the development of nursing science. 8. To evaluate the effectiveness of health policies and strategies based on evidence-based approach.
