This course introduces the basic analysis and design of basic analog integrated circuits. After taking this course, students should be familiar with the general circuit specification, able to identify the basic topologies from a complex schemetic, and able to analyze the integrated circuits.
電子學(一)涵蓋內容: 1. basic understand of semiconductor and pn junction. 2. basic operation of diode, MOSFET. 3. single-transistor amplifiers 3. frequency response.
