After taking this course, students will understand the important characteristics of microelectronic devices and some of their basic applications, and be able to analyze basic microelectronic circuits.

1. Two mid-term and a final examinations (會考). 2. Several in-class examinations. 3. Grading policy: 28% for each mid-term examination and 28% for the final examination, 16% for in-class exam and performance.
