課程概述 This course will be delivered by lecturing and discussion in either online or in-class method. Students are encouraged to present their cases with their knowledge and clinical experience in making proper medication management plan, and lead their discussion. 課程目標 • Identify significant factors contributed to patient medication management plan. • Prioritize things to do in patient medication management plan. • Consider accessibility, feasibility and safety while develop medication management plan.

1. Class participation 20% 2. Acute or Chronic- Case study presentation 30%(15 minutes, 5 minutes Q&A) 3. Case study report 20% (10 pages, not including references) 4. APN’s role and function in prescribing in the acute, sub-acute, long-term care settings or community (offshore, or tribes). 30%
