Throughout this course we will cover the basics of public speaking and also methods for academic presentations. During the course there will be opportunities for students to practice speeches and presentations. The instructor provides training in listening and speaking skills using a variety of topics that highlight different features of English. In addition, students will participate in frequent activities and assignments. With sufficient oral practice, this course aims to improve students’ speaking ability and build their confidence when speaking in public. (This course will be conducted in English).
