供應鏈分析與半導體製造地方化

半導體製造仰賴分佈在半導體供應鏈上、中、下游的眾多企業的協作。在全球化的衝擊下,半導體供應鏈的參與者遍布全球,根據不同地區的不平等優勢形成一條“長鏈”,以降低生產成本、提高營運效率。近年來,多個產業的供應鏈並行採用長鏈和短鏈。半導體產業也不例外。除了全球化之外,他們還傾向於在地化生產,這意味著將產能轉移回晶片設計者的國家。本課程在討論半導體供應鏈的本地化,包括製造商及其客戶如何應對、如何制定本地化策略以及如何透過供應鏈本地化重建半導體製造商的競爭力和可持續性。
