This course will go through a really business practice by creating implementable business model. We will learn step by step how to create a business model for 1. Operation and 2. Fund Raising.
Students should have entrepreneurship Spirits and the willingness to involve business realization.

Besides the lectures to go through the real BP practice, we will invite entrepreneurs to share their business and also their journey in startups.
1. HW total is 30%, make sure you will submit all the HW, each HW will take 5% of the score. 2. Midterm review -- in class presentation of your BP will count for 20% 3. Final review - in class presentation of your final BP will be counted for 50%
