This course is a core component of the MBA program. Its primary goal is to help students gain a deeper understanding of the theories and practices of human resource management within organizations. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with fundamental knowledge and practical skills to effectively address HR-related challenges in their roles as employees, managers, or employers.

Course Details: Practical Case Sharing and Discussion (Group-based): Each week, a designated group will present real-world case(s) related to the topic and facilitate class discussions. Participation: Active individual participation in class discussions and interactions is required. Final Report (Group-based): Each group will select a high-performing company, conduct interviews, and prepare a report exploring its HRM practices. Evaluation and Grading: Practical Case Sharing (Group-based): 30% Participation (Individual and Group-based): 30% Final Case Report (Group-based): 30% Attendance: 10%
