Experienced project managers agree that the procedures used for project management vary from company to company and even among individuals within a company. Although each manager has his / her management style, basic principles apply to all project managers and projects. This course provides the principles and techniques of project management from the owner's conceptual phase, through the design and construction coordination, to project completion.
