This course aims to introduce the fundamental principles, techniques, and applications of image processing and analysis, as well as how to apply image processing techniques in various domains, particularly in engineering applications. Students will learn fundamental image processing techniques and explore real-world applications. While AI tools can generate code, this course provides the domain expertise required to validate, debug, and optimize those outputs. Students will learn to act as the 'architect' rather than just the 'coder,' ensuring that image analysis solutions are robust, explainable, and physically sound for engineering applications. 本課程旨在介紹影像處理和分析的基本原理、技術和應用，以及如何在不同領域中應用影像處理技術，尤其將著重於工程上的應用。學生將學習影像處理和分析，並應用於真實工程問題上。
