Today, many experimental techniques are available to study biomolecules such as protein, nucleic acid, lipid, and saccharide. It is important to understand the principles of each techniques to execute the experiments and to interpret the data. This course covers the basic principles and applications of the conventional and recent experimental techniques for the biomolecules.
The course is designed for graduate students who have knowledge of introductory level of physical chemistry and the interests in study on biomolecules.
