教學目標： 1. 掌握執業環境與新興領域：瞭解影響物理治療執業的外部環境如：(醫療體系、全民健保、長照制度及法令規章等)，並能辨識物理治療現行與未來具開發潛力的執業領域。 2. 熟練部門行政與營運管理：瞭解醫院內部組織結構與功能，並掌握物理治療部門之空間設計、組織運作、人事管理、財務規劃、行銷策略、品質管理及醫院評鑑等實務技巧。 3. 落實跨域創新與創業實踐：配合教育部資訊及科技教育司115-116年「智慧健康產業跨領域生技人才培育計畫」，透過導入「產學跨域技術顧問協作模式」，引導學生結合真實臨床痛點與產業界創新醫材解方；以小組團隊合作型式，結合已簽署MOU之智慧醫療企業(如福寶、龍骨王等)之成熟產品，擬具具市場可行性之物理治療創業營運計畫書。 Course Objectives : 1. Master PT Practice Environments & Emerging Domains: Understand the external environment affecting physical therapy practice—including healthcare systems, National Health Insurance, long-term care policies, and regulations—and identify current and potential emerging practice domains. 2. Apply Administration & Operations Management: Understand hospital organizational structures and interdepartmental functions, and master management practices for physical therapy departments, including facility design, operational workflows, human resources, financial planning, marketing, and quality assurance/accreditation. 3. Implement Cross-Disciplinary Innovation & Entrepreneurship: In alignment with the MOE "Interdisciplinary Biotechnology Talent Cultivation Program for Smart Healthcare Industry," students will utilize an "Industry-Academia Technical Consultant Collaboration Model." By collaborating with industry experts from our MOU-partnered smart healthcare companies, students will integrate clinical needs with market-ready innovative med-tech solutions, culminating in a feasible, teamwork-based physical therapy business and operations plan.
