Life Science is a multi-disciplinary sciences, and ultimately lead to cellular responses. The 21st century is the era of biotechnology. Since COVID-19 has ravaged the world, biotechnology has encountered an unprecedented and huge impact, which will bring mankind into a new post-COVID-19 era. This course introduces the basic knowledge of life sciences and allows students to live scientifically and healthily. This course includes an introduction, the material basis of life, cells and reproductive technology, heredity and the human genome project, microorganisms and human health, biotechnology and its applications, biological information transmission, and biological materials.
