概述

The objective of Advanced Mechanics of Materials is to extend foundational solid mechanics principles beyond elementary assumptions to accurately model and predict the behavior of complex, real-world structures. It equips engineers with the theoretical framework—via elasticity, plasticity, and energy methods—to design safe, optimized, and robust mechanical and aerospace components.
