基本照顧服務

課程描述: 本課程在使學生能獲得社區衛生護理的概念，了解社區衛生護理工作的專業內涵，同時體認社區護理的角色與功能。在實務上是以家庭為單位，社區整體為服務對象，從三段五級預防的角度，應用適當的評估工具、介入措施與資源，了解個人家庭與社區的健康問題，協助個人家庭與社區了解、處理其健康問題，進而達到最高層次健康的目標。 課程目標: 1. 了解社區衛生護理之定義、現況、角色功能與趨勢。 2. 認識社區護理之理論與實務。 3. 認識家庭健康評估與家庭護理知識與方法。 4. 分析個人、家庭、團體與社區健康需要的評估原則、方法與措施。 5. 應用社區健康計畫的目標、原則與方法。 6. 綜合生命史各階段族群之健康問題與護理措施。
