The main purpose of this course is to provide students with financial analysis and decision-making skills grounded in theory for those committed to working in financial management. This course combines lectures, assignments, mid-term tests, and final reports. All topics will be discussed in the class. Students will also learn how to apply the course concepts in practice.
Not required; a background in accounting, economics, or statistics would be helpful.

Description of Course Details: 1. Homework and Assignments: Approximately once every two weeks, one homework related to one topic in the course will be assigned and collected. When you do the homework, please be sure to use Word in A4 size and set the font to 12. Please upload your homework to the E3 platform. No late or make-up assignment will be accepted whatsoever. 2. Exams and Quizzes: There will be one exam in the class. The exam date is printed in the syllabus. I will make every effort to follow the schedule. There will be no make-up exam unless you have emergencies and obtain my permission before the tests. 3. Evaluation and Grading Policy: Class Participation (Attendance and Discussion) 20% Assignment (Homework by Individual) 20% Mid-term Test 20% Final Oral Presentation (By Individual) 20% Final Report (By Individual) 20%
