本課程目的再介紹電子商務的定義、內容、演進、發展，如何善於運用電子商務改變工作方式與競爭方式，思考電子商務創新經營模式、效益、限制、風險、相關議題，實際動手建構雛型系統，體驗電子商務功能及發展策略，整合各種最新AI商業應用。
