學生將學習如何在企業經營時運用管理會計，協助企業分析商業問題並制定決策，以及學習在特殊議題如產品定價、規劃、控制和績效評估等決策中應用管理會計的方法與邏輯，從而培養解決商業問題的能力。除此之外，本課程為使學生能在學習過程中理論與實務連結，安排期刊文章選讀分組報告。希望透過本課程幫助學生在管理會計建立知識和技能。
