課程概述與目標：介紹績效評估的概念及方法，介紹在各產業分析與跨學門領域的應用現況，並探索可能的研究方向。生產經濟學、線性規劃、統計、期刊論文等由老師上課補充。並提供合法免費軟體供學生實地操作，以訓練學生於學術界及產業界之實際操作分析能力。

課程進行採老師按教材授課、學生抄寫筆記、閱讀課本、書面及電腦習作、師生交叉發問、學生期末口頭報告等方式進行。
