概述

Class Description: This course introduces the fundamental concepts and facts of chemistry. Students will learn to apply knowledge gained from observing and exploring the nature of substances and their changes, enabling them to control these changes and create various new substances. Indented Learning Outcomes: 1. Explore the Nature of Science: Learn to use scientific methods to understand the world. 2. Demonstrate the Importance and Characteristics of Chemistry: Discover how chemistry impacts our daily lives. 3. Develop Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize knowledge to address new and unforeseen problems. Learn to deconstruct complex, challenging issues into manageable, simple components. 4. Enhance Conceptual Understanding of Chemical Principles: Describe phenomena with a deep conceptual understanding beyond just applying a set of rules. This class will be taught in English.
