課程概述與目標: 概論光電元件於生物物理實用技術,並介紹如何將這些技術實際運用於現代分子和細胞生物物理和生物化學研究◦內容包括:幾何光學、光學元件原理與應用、常見用於生物物理實驗之電子儀器與應用實例◦ This course will provide fundamental concepts on optical and electrical techniques in biophysics. Those techniques are general used to study the structure and function of biological macromolecules. The goal of this course is to help students to develop physical understanding about daily-used instruments in biophysical and biochemistry laboratory.
