概述

This course is designed to develop graduate students’ academic research and scholarly writing skills in the field of global business. The course provides systematic guidance on the process of conducting academic research, including identifying research questions, reviewing and synthesizing literature, developing theoretical frameworks, designing research methodologies, analyzing data, and writing academic papers suitable for conference presentations and journal submissions. Through readings of high-quality journal articles, discussions of research design, writing workshops, and academic projects, students will learn how to critically evaluate existing research and contribute to scholarly conversations in global business. Particular emphasis is placed on academic writing, argument development, theoretical contribution, and research ethics. By the end of the course, students will be able to develop a research proposal and produce a well-structured academic paper that meets the standards of graduate-level research.
