概述

課程概述與目標：此門課程主要是要讓學生了解財務管理相關理論與實證的意涵。這些財務理論的範圍包含資本結構、公司理財、投資學、代理問題等理論。期許學生修習此課程之後，能夠了解基本的財務理論研究與相關實證研究的發展，進而找到未來研究興趣的方向。 Course Descriptions: This course is aimed to provide financial economic theories and their empirical implications. Students will learn theories about capital markets, investment decisions, market equilibrium (CAPM and APT), efficient capital markets and agency problem. In addition, students will learn the corporate policy including capital structure, dividend policy.
