This course covers: (1) The principles, circuit models, and applications of semiconductor devices and circuits, including diodes, BJT and MOS transistors, and operational amplifiers (2) Laboratory experiments are included to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world implementation. The goal is to equip students with the ability to analyze and design a wide range of semiconductor devices and circuits.
