1.To learn more Chinese characters, phrases and grammar structures. 2.To apply the content taught in class, to hold simple daily conversations, such as ordering food, describing locations, activities and talking about one's plans for their free time.
Finish “＜A Course in Contemporary Chinese＞ I： Lesson 5~9 NOTE: Students who attend from the start will have priority to be accepted .

Reminders: 1. For effective learning, students must handwrite the vocabulary (Chinese characters) in every lesson multiple times to achieve familiarity. 2. Regular attendance is required, and students who have more than 5 unexcused absences will be failed. A total absence of 1/3 of course hours will lead to an automatic failure.

Lesson 5 Beef noodles are really delicious
Learning to express likes and make simple comments about food. Learning to describe what somebody can/cannot do and how well one does it.
Lesson 6 Their school is up in the mountains
Learning to describe locations. Learning to talk about places in the vicinity of other places.
Lesson 7 Going to KTV at 9 o'clock in the morning
Learning to describe activities that take place at a point in time or during a certain frame. Learning to make appointments with friends.
Lesson 8 Taking a train to Tainan
Learning the names of different types of transportation and talking about getting to destinations. Learning to make simple comparisons about various modes of transportation.
Lesson 9 Where will you go for the holidays?
Learning to describe travel plans with friends. Learning to give suggestions about leisure activities.
